We generally ship all orders in 1-3 working days
There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes or holidays which are out of our control.
Typically orders take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Delays are expected especially due to worldwide pandemic.
If you have not received your order after 6 weeks contact us so we could check up the parcel!
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. You can click on that tracking number! If you did not receive this email, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
Most likely yes! We ship to over 200 countries worldwide!
As of 2020.02.11 we have stopped delivering to Mexico, Oman, Lebanon and Africa due to long travel time and many lost parcels
On 2020.08.07 deliveries to Argentina and Kuwait has been disabled temporary because these post offices does not accept registered parcels at the moment. We hope to restore shipping to these countries once pandemic will slow down
On 2020.08.13 Azerbaijan, Serbia, Cyprus, Jordan, Guadeloupe, Sri Lanka, Dominican Republic and Liechtenstein were added

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can urgently review the matter for you! Please do not forget to take pictures of the defected, or wrong case sent to you and attach them to the initial email with an explanation.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer 30-days hassle-free return for your order!
If you want to return the item, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving the order at email@example.com.
The item/s must be in original condition. Item/s must not have been worn or altered in any way and should be sent to us in its original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.
BroShop offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).
Custom design products are non refundable and cannot be exchanged.
HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
Requesting a return has never been this easy!
To initiate a return, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org using the e-mail address used to order the item.
(Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items.)
Please consider that all the shipping expenses for returning the item remain the responsibility of the customer.
Once the items have been received, you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).
BroShop cannot be held liable for the loss of packages being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES AND TAXES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that BroShop does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.
Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by BroShop please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
